ENJOY A POSITIVE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
We pride ourselves on providing high standards of health and safety for our employees. During the recent pandemic, we responded swiftly to protect the health and safety of our employees, transitioning all to remote working. Some other examples of what we do include: providing training on First Aid, conducting numerous fire drills, equipping offices with safety blankets, and regularly testing electricity to ensure it is compliant while taking immediate action should a problem exist.
In addition, each time we upgrade an office area, we take special care to further upgrade its safety.


MAKE A DIFFERENCE
The Board is very involved in EGL Foundation and closely collaborates with us to review and discuss donations we make.
We also encourage employees to use their volunteering time to support a charity or community group of their own choice, or to take up an opportunity provided by the Foundation. We give all employees five paid days to volunteer. Last year 325 days of employee time were spent volunteering.
